Sacraments Information Parents who attended the Information Night but were unable to receive the Mass Attendance Passbook may collect it at the entrance of the church today or on the day of the Commitment Mass. Please note that the Sacramental Pledge Form will also be available for collection. Once completed, please ensure the Sacramental Pledge Form is signed and returned to the parish office. Alternatively, you may place it in the offertory bag during Mass, or hand it to Gail (if your child attends the parish class).
